Dhirkhum Cave is a lesser-known cave located near Salalah in Dhofar Governorate, Oman. It features a narrow entrance that leads into a complex limestone chamber system. While not as deep as some of Dhofar’s major sinkholes, it offers an adventurous experience for hikers and explorers. The cave is part of the region’s network of karst formations and appears to have been used historically by local residents for shelter. Though still largely undocumented and without tourist facilities, Dhirkhum Cave attracts small groups of adventure seekers interested in geology and exploration. Visitors should come prepared with flashlights and proper gear.
